The Critical Care Research Group is one of the largest multidisciplinary critical care research groups in the world. Our clinician-driven research focuses on finding new or improved treatment methods through scientific discovery and improving healthcare outcomes for patients with heart disease, lung disease, sepsis and other critical conditions. CCRG’s world renowned facilities and projects include PRIMELab, Australia’s largest research facility for testing the efficacy and safety of new medical and surgical interventions in large preclinical models, and COVID Critical, an international research collaborative spanning 400+ centres in 64 countries. CCRG has built a reputation around the recruitment and retention of quality researchers and clinicians to improve patient outcomes through scientific discovery.
